Rapid Prototyping
Arrow Pattern & Foundry’s Rapid Prototyping capabilities allow you to review the part in your own material before you make a major investment in tooling. For most applications, we can create a prototype on-site within three weeks for testing and validation. Arrow Pattern & Foundry’s equipment list includes an SLA 250 and a Laminated Object Manufacturing Machine to further serve your rapid prototyping needs.

Cast Tooling…Prototyping
We have the capability, with our on-site foundry, to produce high quality, low cost cast tooling. We cast prototype molds in aluminum and steel and use these molds to manufacture prototype parts for our customers using our on-site transfer presses.

We can also provide the cast tooling to our customers if they desire to manufacture prototype parts at their facility. Arrow Pattern & Foundry’s unique prototyping system not only provides our customers with prototype parts quickly, it allows for modifications to be performed cost effectively and within short lead-times as well. Our prototyping process serves as a perfect bridge to production tooling.

Reverse Engineering
Arrow Pattern & Foundry pioneered the opportunity to help our customers avoid production delays with the Reverse Engineering process.

Reverse Engineering allows for the updating of part files on our CAD/CAM system as modifications are made during the manufacturing process. Reverse Engineering saves crucial time and money by eliminating costly production delays.
